Cancellation Policy
You're eligible for a full refund if you cancel your SaaS subscription within 72 hours from purchase. Refunds aren't available for subscriptions canceled after the time period specified. Customers can't cancel after 72 hours from purchase. For cancellations and refunds after 72 hours, reach out to the Customer Support who published the offer to request a cancellation and refund. Refund will take 7-10 days to be credited. If the cancellation and refund request is approved by the Officers, the Customer Support will then submit a ticket to enable the cancellation and refund via the marketplace.
