we prioritize delivering our software products to customers efficiently and securely. As we deal in software solutions, there are no physical shipments involved. Instead, access credentials and activation details are sent via email after a thorough verification process.

 

Delivery Process Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

 

Verification: To ensure the security of your account and access, we perform a verification of your provided details. This may involve confirming your registered email, phone number, or any additional documentation as required.

 

Login Details & Activation: After the verification is complete, your software access credentials, including login details and activation information, will be sent to your registered email address. Delivery of these details typically occurs within 4-5 business day from the time of verification.

Non-Delivery of Email: If you do not receive your login details within the specified time frame, please check your spam or junk email folder. If the issue persists, contact us immediately at wecare@indusanalytics.in to resolve the issue. Incorrect Email Address It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and accessible email address at the time of purchase. If an incorrect email address is provided, please notify us promptly at wecare@indusanalytics.in to update your details. Delays caused due to incorrect information will not be the responsibility of In-Print.biz.

 

Refunds for Non-Delivery: Refunds may be issued in cases where login credentials cannot be delivered due to technical issues or unavoidable circumstances.
