Refund Eligibility Window

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your SaaS subscription within 72 hours from purchase. No questions asked.

Post-Window Cancellations

Refunds are not available once the 72-hour window closes. Customers seeking cancellation after this timeframe must contact our Customer Support team to submit a formal request.

Approval & Processing

If officers approve a cancellation request made beyond 72 hours, Customer Support will process the refund through the marketplace system. Please allow 7–10 business days for refund crediting after approval.

Key Restriction

Subscription cancellations are not permitted after the initial 72-hour period has elapsed. However, requests for exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis through the support team.
