Agreement Overview
InPrint, operated by Indas Analytics LLP, is cloud-based software for printing businesses. The agreement comprises general terms and service-specific terms, with service-specific terms taking precedence in conflicts.
User Obligations
Users must provide accurate information during signup and maintain current details. The company can terminate accounts if information is found to be untrue or incomplete.
Restrictions on Use
- Users cannot transfer services to third parties.
- Reverse engineering the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized access attempts are not permitted.
- Use for competitive benchmarking is not allowed.
- The platform prohibits illegal content, harassment, spamming and activities that threaten national security or public order.
Third-Party Applications
InPrint integrates with external apps. Users accept responsibility for understanding their terms. The company reserves rights to disable access without liability.
Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 7 days before expiration. Price increases apply after current billing cycles end, with 7-day notice. Applicable taxes are invoiced separately.
Data Ownership
Users retain ownership of created content. InPrint accesses and stores data solely to provide services, with permission to display and perform content as needed.
Liability Disclaimer
Services are provided "as-is." The company disclaims warranties and limits liability for consequential damages, business interruption, or data loss.
Termination & Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for illegal activity or inactivity (30+ days). Users can request termination; significant T&C modifications allow 15-day cancellation with prorated refunds.
Jurisdiction
Disputes are settled in Indore, Madhya Pradesh courts under Indian law.
