InPrint delivers software solutions, not physical products. Access is provided through emailed login credentials.

Delivery Timeline

Login details and activation information will be sent to your registered email address. Delivery typically occurs within 4–5 business days from the time of verification.

Delivery Process

1. Order Confirmation-sent via email immediately after payment.
2. Account Verification-performed for security purposes.
3. Login Credentials-delivered to your registered email.

Non-Delivery Issues

• Check your spam/junk folder first.
• Contact support at wecare@indusanalytics.in if unresolved.
• Customers must provide correct email addresses; delays from inaccurate information are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds for Non-Delivery

Refunds may be issued in cases where login credentials cannot be delivered due to technical issues or unavoidable circumstances on our end.
